What we collect
BettingOnline.org collects only what we need to operate the site:
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized page views and engagement metrics via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use Google Analytics.
- Newsletter signups: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not share or sell email addresses.
- Contact form submissions: Stored only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
We do not require user accounts. We do not collect betting activity, identity documents, or financial information.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for site functionality:
- Theme preference cookie: stores your dark/light mode choice (first-party, no third parties)
- Affiliate tracking cookies: set by operators when you click through our links — these belong to the operator, not us
